Appropriate Use
All Pitbikes Sold by WELSH PIT BIKES are OFF ROAD MOTORBIKES and are NOT TOYS.
All Bikes (including pedal cycles) sold are to be used under Qualified Adult Supervision in Areas designated for
the safe and legal use of these off road sporting and competition goods. All Bikes must be assembled by a
suitably qualified adult and must not be signed off as correctly assembled by any person under 18 years of age. We strongly recommend only the participation in recognised sporting and competitive
events with a correctly prepared and maintained bike.
Delivery
Unless the trader and consumer agree otherwise, delivery of goods will be without undue delay and within an agreed period. Please see our Preorder conditions.
Any Damage on delivery must be notified to us within 14 days.
Risk passes from the trader to the consumer when the goods are delivered unless the courier is one not offered or named by the trader as an option, but chosen and arranged by the consumer. In this case risk passes to the consumer when the item is delivered to their courier.
Our Pitbike prices include delivery which MAY be as soon as Next working day delivery to Mainland UK (not including the highlands or islands) if you need a price to other European countries then please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Next working Day delivery is A CUSTOMER REQUESTED level of service.
Delivery times may be extended during exceptionally busy periods, periods of BAD weather are exceptional reasons for delays,
Unexpected operational difficulties of our warehouse or courier may also cause delays.
However delays will be kept to an absolute minimum. During extended delivery times we will do all that is possible to ensure that your delivery arrives to you as soon as possible, but these delays may be beyond our control.
Once a bike has left Welsh Pit Bikes and entered the delivery system, it will be delivered to the customer as soon as we and the courier are able to do so, (if not within the normal level of service).
Pit Bike Delivery from "As soon as Next working day" is the delivery description given by the courier upon leaving our warehouse, all payments need to clear by Midday to be eligible to enter the "As Soon as Next Working Day" Delivery Service.
Any specified delivery date is not a condition of sale. Please do not book time off work or make special delivery arrangements without receiving your confirmed and tracked tracking number, and you have also tracked this as scheduled for delivery on the expected date on the tracking page.
WPB are not liable for any consequential loss as a result of any missed delivery date.
Refunds
Refunds are made less any original customer specified EXPRESS or PALLETED delivery cost and also any subsequent collection cost incurred by us.
Customer Refunds are for the ITEM Value only and Exclude the DELIVERY or any COLLECTION cost.
Customers Pay for ALL Returns.
In the event of any need to quantify
the Value of Inclusive customer specified TNT Express Delivery of all Pitbikes , the Applicable standard Rates are £100 and are chargeable or deductible on delivery and/or returns as applicable. Therefore All Pitbike Returns Refund amounts are deductible by £100 minimum. Pelleted deliveries are variable and agreed with customer before sale and are an express customer requirement and therefore non refundable.
Customers may also request the use of our trade facility for returns of a pitbike but this return
is also chargeable at the same amount as the delivery charge value.
This Refund policy also applies to any applicable more expensive Palleted
delivery service, this service had a variable value provided to the customer dependent upon the delivery address .

Most of the bikes we sell are shipped via TNT services, a small
number may be shipped by a suitable Pallet company.
All of the parts are sent via Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class, Royal Mail Standard Parcels, UPS or DHL delivery where applicable.
If the courier offers a tracking number we usually send an email or TEXT direct to you with the tracking number.
Please allow a suitable time before contacting us about delivery issues , up to 3 days, all items are sent out ASAP but we don’t have control over the couriers.
If a item gets lost in the post we will send out a replacement once courier confirms the item has been lost.
Royal Mail Quote a 14 day period for classing a delivery as lost.

All Welsh Pit Bikes Terms and Conditions are the Same as those that apply to Sales of WPB Stomp Racing and Demon products and apply Equally to WPB , Demon and Stomp Pitbikes.
Pre Orders
A Pre Order is a facility that we offer our customers whereby the customer can Pre Pay for a product
that is currently Unavailable and the product will be delivered to the customer as soon as the item becomes
available again. The Pre Order allows the customer to have first choice reservation of colour, size or type of the
incoming stock. The date of arrival of this stock is nearly always quoted as our best estimate at time of the Pre Order, the quoted arrival time of this stock may change, any delays will be kept to a minimum and any such delays are regrettable and are always beyond our control. We can offer a FULL REFUND option at any time during the Pre Order period prior to dispatch. If you wish to Pre Order please remember that whilst this Pre Order facility will give you the first choice of any incoming stock that may be in great demand, any arrival date is our best estimate. WPB reserve the right to cancel and fully refund a customer preorder that may be necessary due to changes in our product price or extra shipping costs incurred beyond our control.
When a Preorder deposit is paid then this is to reserve at the Price of the Incoming Stock, we always endeavour to keep any price rises to a minimum, however the balance due will be at the new stock price. If the new stock price is less, then the balance is reduced, if the new stock price is more, then the balance due is more. If you wish to cancel the preorder at this stage we will refund the Preorder Deposit.
The same conditions would apply for any parts that are paid for and are placed on Back Order or Pre Order

General Warranty Terms
Pitbikes are covered by a 1 month Warranty which covers parts but excludes Labour.
All Pitbikes must be assembled by a qualified person and the Pre-Ride inspection PDI completed using the PDI sheet supplied with the Pitbike or available upon request or downloadable from the links below. This Document must be signed off by a qualified person BEFORE any Use of the PITBIKE. Failure to do so will Invalidate any warranty claim.
All Pitbikes must also have a 1 hour service by a qualified person and the service completed according to the user manual supplied with the Pitbike or available upon request or downloadable from the link below. This 1hr service must be Documented and signed off by a qualified person. Failure to do so will Invalidate any warranty claim.
All warranty issues and claims must be supported by a full qualified documented service history.
All warranty issues and claims must be supported and identified in a qualified service report from one of the approved list of Stomp Main dealers.
All Items covered by warranty and considered defective by the customer MUST be returned to WPB Stomp Demon Group to be inspected and replaced (Please call to discuss). If the item is agreed defective the part will be replaced Free of Charge. If the item is deemed not to be an original manufacturing defect and a result of misuse and/or crash damage or incorrect assembly the item will be returned to the customer at the senders expense, or a replacement provided at retail price and delivery charged.
Normal Fair Wear and Tear Service items are not covered by Warranty. These items include ;
Brake Pads, Clutch Plates, Air Filters, Tyres, Tubes, Petrol Filters and other routine
Service Items.
Customers Pay for ALL returns.

Welsh Pit Bikes do everything possible to ensure that all descriptions and specifications are correct and up to date. All bikes sold and delivered are the latest models and are to the current specifications, if this deviates in anyway from the descriptions contained within Welshpitbikes, then we apologise. The bikes delivered will be the latest and most up to date and in the majority of cases, if any deviation occurs, it will be to that of a superior specification to that listed. Some colour changes may occur in plastics and Graphic design from time to time but these in no way affect the quality of the bike supplied.
Please Note This is always done to customer special order.
Parts are expensive items to deliver, and prepare for sale, please do not order if you are unsure about their suitability. Please call us with your bike VIN and Engine number and any pictures to help match parts prior to purchase if in any doubt about suitability. All Part are supplied to the Customers specification and are Guaranteed to fit the Bike specified in the Parts schedule and or description. Any Parts ordered to fit ANY other Brands of Bikes are not Guaranteed to fit, and therefore they may or may not fit other Brands of Bikes. All parts are supplied to the customers Quoted specification and order and are not eligible for return under Distance selling regulations. However IF agreed to be returned for refund within 7 days they will be subject to a restocking and processing fee of 25% of purchase price to cover our costs in sourcing and providing the customers with the requested parts.
Refunds are made less our original customer express delivery cost and the collection or return cost.

Please give us a durable Notice in writing to notify us of your intention to cancel the order, your date of purchase and contact details MUST BE INCLUDED. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address CONTAINED ON YOUR DELIVERY PACKAGE . We recommend you use a delivery service that insures the goods when returning items as until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
When making a return your original invoice must be included to show your proof of purchase.
Upon return the item will be inspected, if returned as new, unused and un assembled then a refund or exchange will be made minus any extra express delivery and collection costs incurred by us. We will refund any amounts due within 14 days of proof of item return by the consumer.
Nothing in this Contract Cancellation policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
Parts are sourced by us from the dis-assembly of NEW engines or NEW bikes.

BIKES and PARTS
Notification and Cancellation of contract is only permitted within 14 days of receipt of the item provided the item is returned to us within a further 14 days AND at the customers expense AND that the item is returned in a condition that is 100% suitable for resale to a customer by Welsh Pit Bikes.
Please remember if you the customer are returning any item it must be unused, and no assembly or fitment should have been carried out by you the consumer. Any fitment or assembly is classed as acceptance and use of the item by the customer and goes beyond handling normally permitted within a retail premises. Also A Deduction will be made if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of the customer handling the item more than necessary or acceptable within a retail premises. Any customer handling of the item more than normally acceptable within a shop premise is considered acceptance and use of the item and will be subject to a deduction if accepted by us as a request to cancel contract under distance selling rules. The definition of Handling the item more than a customer would do in a shop premise includes fitment, assembly, use, or opening of quality assurance seals.
We strongly advise that the customer contact us to discuss the Cancellation of Contract under Distance selling regulations so that we may fairly give an indication of any applicable deductions due to customer handling, use fitment or assembly, the best way for us to give any indication of such a deduction would be for the customer to supply a picture and description of the item and packaging.
FAIR TRADING
Pitbikes are VERY expensive items to deliver.....please do not order if you are unsure about suitability.
Refunds are made less any original customer specified EXPRESS delivery cost and the standard collection cost.
Any delivery service specified/requested by the customer outside our normal delivery service is not refundable. This includes all Express or palleted deliveries, Saturday Deliveries and deliveries to area's outside our couriers normal UK Mainland delivery area. We also ask customers to please carefully consider if they would accept the delivery of the item they are returning under Cancellation of Contract, we want to provide ALL customers with the best products and quality at all times, therefore any sale request to be cancelled under Cancellation of Contracts MUST be suitable for resale.
PARTS TO CUSTOMER ORDER
Owners, Riders and Buyers responsibilities
It is you the WPB customer, owner or riders responsibility to ensure that the bike has been assembled to the correct standard and that everything is functioning correctly. If you have any doubt as to your ability to correctly assemble a bike to the correct standard then please employ the services of a qualified mechanic to complete the PDI.
Please return your completed PDI document as soon as your bike is PDI'd
In the event of a faulty component that needs to be replaced under Warranty it is the buyers responsibility to remove and refit the faulty item with a replacement. Again if the buyer is not confident to undertake this kind of work then please do not buy a bike via distant selling internet means. It is not reasonable to ask for a return of a complete bike in the event that the customer is unable to carry out reasonable mechanical tasks.
We do not wish to establish unreasonable conditions upon sales but please bear in mind that these are motorbikes and will require tools, skills and ability to enjoy the sport to the best.
PDI- Pre Drive (Delivery) Inspected Term refers to the correct completion and assembly of the machine BY YOU the CUSTOMER or Rider prior to riding.
Motorbikes are machines that require mechanical Knowledge and capability from the buyer, rider or owner. A reasonable toolkit will needed to assemble and maintain the bike in good condition.
WARNING

Riding a Pit Bike is a Sport and as with ALL SPORTS this involves risks. We strongly advise that you read and understand all documentation itemised above and read the user manual supplied before riding your Bike.
Pit Bikes are not sold for children under the age of 14 years as they are NOT classed as TOYS.
Safety is paramount at all times, the correct maintenance of your machine and wearing of a helmet and other protective clothing is essential.
Pit Bikes are NOT intended for road use.
Off Road use only.
Rocker Mini BMX
Rocker BMX, parts & accessories are not sold as children’s toys, nor are they sold for use as a bicycle.
Rocker BMX, parts and accessories are sold as an extreme sports product, designed for use by competent adults on private land.
Any adult who facilitates the use of a rocker BMX by a minor does so entirely at their own risk.
Rocker BMX are not sold for use on the public highway, nor is it legal for them to be used on the public highway.
Rocker BMX products are supplied without brakes and thus caution must be taken when riding. Always allow plenty of space to stop safely when riding.
It is paramount that safety equipment be used when riding a Rocker BMX. The following is advised but may not be exhaustive: Helmet, gloves, elbow pads, knee pads, shin pads, protective shoes and back protector.
Marketing material produced by Rocker BMX LTD may contain images or video of riders performing various stunts/tricks on Rocker BMX’s. These riders are professionals in their field of extreme sports and anyone attempting to replicate these tricks does so entirely at their own risk.
Note: Marketing material that shows riders performing tricks will always show Rocker BMX’s that have been modified with the necessary upgrades to perform those tricks. For advice on what upgrades may be required to perform certain tricks, please contact Rocker BMX LTD directly.
Rocker BMX LTD accepts no liability whatsoever for injury loss or death as a result of persons attempting to copy tricks carried out by professionals in the marketing material used by Rocker BMX LTD.
Extreme sports are notoriously dangerous by their very nature. Anyone riding a Rocker BMX does so entirely at their own risk, agrees to wear the necessary protective clothing when riding and agrees to indemnify Rocker BMX LTD and it’s resellers as a result of any consequential loss, injury or death be it directly related or in 3rd party connection with such riding.
